Job Title:
Bike Temple Coordinator (Undergraduate Student)

Ricky is a junior economics major with minors in history and statistics. He is the coordinator of the Bike Temple Program in the office. Bike Temple seeks to inspire more people to ride their bikes around campus and in the city, and tries to create a community of cyclists at Temple. Through the program he plans and promotes campus-wide events and aids students looking for resources and tips on how to best navigate the city on a bike. He also works to engage the student body in getting more involved with the greater bicycling community of Philadelphia. Ricky thinks Philly would be a better place if everyone rode a bike and thinks that biking is the best way to explore the city and commute to class. He has worked in bike shops for four years and, of course, loves to fix and ride bikes. In his free time he also enjoys rock climbing, watching and playing sports --especially baseball -- and singing in the Temple community chorus.
