Description: 

The goal of the project was to construct a cost-effective wetland that addresses the issue of eutrophication that occurs in local waters as a result of nutrient pollution.  The laboratory-scale wetland had been developed according to Best Management Practices standards. The soil and vegetation were selected to maintain indigeneity to the Delaware Valley region.
